Last year the Red Bullet label released both Nova albums remastered together on 2 CDs, supplemented with some bonus tracks (such as the 12 inch version of 'Aurora'). It's great to hear 'Aurora' again after all these years. Of course this synthesizer hit is in the vein of Vangelis, Jean Michel Jarre etc. But the other tracks such as 'Xenos', 'Sol', 'Ariane (the Traveller)', 'Cygnus' and ‘Phase’ are still good to listen to. I have therefore always been a fan of synthesizer music, given my fascination with science fiction for more than fifty years. And Nova's perfectly radio-controlled future music was perfectly in line with that.

Once again the American electronic chill-out composer Eleon delivers music that would fit well with a documentary. Ideal for those who want to live an extraordinary experience! And the video clip below shows a wonderful alien trip!
The new album from Danish artist Nattefrost is dedicated to nature (fauna and flora). The tracks sound very rhythmic and somehow a bit cosmic. It’s his 16th release, and here and there I remark influences from Jean-Michel Jarre and even Kraftwerk. Very nice EDM with a cosmic flavor!
The new EP from bass player & producer Carter Fox can be categorized as chill-fi, that is chill-out music with an astronomical theme. Interesting for those who are interested in the cosmos
Enjoy this galactic synthwave music from World Complete. Take a trip back with this nice and rhythmic music from the eighties. Fly to Neptune, let you lead by the navigator to the edge of the event horizon of the back hole etc.
These 43 tracks on 4 discs take me back to the eighties, when “space disco” was my thing. I even had a column in a magazine called ‘Space Disco’. Rototrons, sequencers, vocoders and synthesizers bring back cosmic atmospheres on the dance floor. A very nice nostalgic trip!
This new album from Sequentia Legenda, or Laurent Schrieber, contains electronic music in the style of the Berlin school. It’s a portal to a new horizon and brings you dreams, softness and serenity.
This third studio album by the Finnish synthesizer wizard Kebu contains songs about dreams, during night and day. This music is very melodic and will certainly appeal to fans of electronic music!
This is the fifth album from the Italian band Claudio Scolari Project. It is dedicated to an imaginary trip through space, and contains and endless dialogue between acoustic and electronic sounds. An ideal soundtrack for those who love a free jazz trip through time and space. This is the fifth album from the Italian band Claudio Scolari Project. This new EP with 4 tracks contains 3 remixes of the title track ‘Space Travel’. That track can be found on the album ‘Artefact’, that I reviewed here last week. Nice for those who love spacey dance music!
